Come learn, taste and experience beauty, color and sensual culinary uses of edible flowers. Class teacher, Lori Jenkins (from Synergy Gardens), is a proud vendor at the Homer Farmer's Market, an artist, a talented chef and the founder of the Alaska Garlic Project. Participants will be making a salad with edible flowers, be served fresh bread with rose petal butter, and will walk away from this class with recipes, valuable knowledge and instructionsand a potted edible borage plant to take home with them.
